Discrepancies with tracker?

Hi all, I just started withf MFP yesterday and I have noticed that there are discrepancies between the MFP calorie/nutritional content vs the package of food products. Flor example Voskos nonfat greek yogurt honey flavor: on the carton cal 120, carbs 17g, sugar 13g. Compared to the MFP search for the item-cal 130, carbs 21g, sugar 16g.
Also how would I compute for example if I used 1 tsp of peanut butter vs the 2 Tbsp portion-I tried to cahnge the quantity but I am tired of having to do the math.
Any help would be appreciated,
Holly

You can always create your own food with the corrected amounts if it bothers you.
Eventually the math gets pretty easy. For example, you know a tsp is 1/3 a TB. So change the portion size to 1 TB, and enter .33 in the quantity. Done.
If that's all you ever use, it will be the default next time you select it anyway.0 -

If I have the food container, I always scan it with my app.0
