Week 1 down....

So, i lost 1.9kg (just over 4lbs) in week one, watching my calories and working out at the gym hard out!
Yesterday was the end of week one, and today I kind of fell back into my old patterns without my flatmate here telling me its gym time.
I have had one meal thats been 1120 calories, feel heavy and ill and still cant be bothered going to the gym.
It seems I just can't motivate myself even though loosing this 23kilos will mean I can finally have my child...how is that not motivation within itself?!

Habit and convenience play a big role, too. You have to be more motivated the less convenient it is.
I do a bunch of my workouts while watching TV. Well, listening to it, mainly. I know me It's easy enough to walk to the other room, lol. And that's about all it takes with the set-up I've rigged.
If you want to make it a habit and it's less convenient, you do have to show up! That's one of those Just Do It things, I'm afraid. It's not a habit yet so you don't feel like it's just a given yet. Be kind to yourself and try to skip ahead. It's just a given. Hit the gym if that's your plan. You don't even have to go full out. Just show up. That's the important part for a while.
