pre-morning workout snack/drink suggestion?? & greek yogurt

Hi,

My morning routine is:
-wake up
-fruit/greek yogurt
-workout
-shower
-brunch (eggs, sausage, cheese, spinach, other veggies)

On days that I have time in the morning I'd really like to focus on burning fat. I want to operate at a deficit but I also heard it's bad to workout on an empty stomach. So I'm looking for something to kick-start my metabolism but still be light enough for me to burn off and then go into my fat reserve as I'm working out. If that makes sense. I don't have a blender atm but smoothies are welcome.

Also, I started eating FAGE total because for some reason I thought it'd be healthier? I am now considering going back to 0% because I think the fat is getting to me. Is there much difference between the two? Should i go for 0% because I'm on a diet?
