I went to my local Vitamin World and picked up some whey protein. It says on the lable that 42 grams is one serving. I do not have any meassuring cups or spoons that do grams. It also did not come with a scooper. The have funnels at the store as well are those about one serving?
I may just have to go get a food scale. If you have any tips on the proper measurement for whey protein please let me know. Thanks.

I highly suggest a digital food scale. For me, it's been the best investment I've made in my weight loss
I never trust the "one scoop or 3 of these".

I got this one from Amazon after a recommendation from another MFP'er:
http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B003E7AZQA/ref=oh_details_o04_s00_i01?ie=UTF8&psc=1
It's *awesome* and currently listed for $16.18 + shipping0
