Keto experts, I need your help

Options
Been in Ketosis for a month now, I have only lost one pound (granted I had some carb creep incidents on accident)

I do not drink diet drinks or anything sugary, I am planning to start high intensity exercise and I only weigh my self once every week

is it supposed to be this slow?

Here are my stats:

I plan to get to 140

Neck: 13"
waist: 35"
Hips: 38.5"

If you were actually eating at 635 calories/day, no matter what the macros are, weight would be melting off of you. There is no force in the universe that could stop that.

But i can't tell from your post what you are trying to eat, and what you are actually eating.

It might well be too low to be healthy, at least for longer periods of time. But the lower it is, the faster the weight will come off, healthy or not. At 600 calories you're talking about near-starvation level of food intake - nobody fails to lose weight when they are literally starving their bodies.

If you're not losing weight, you're eating more than you think you are.
