Challenges anyone?

I feel like I'm not as focused and motivated right now as I should be, so is anyone interested in doing some sort of challenge? I have no idea how to coordinate that type of thing, but in sure someone does! I always see people posting challenges on here but I always seem to be too late.

If you are too late to join a challenge, you can always "prorate" the challenge and do it anyways. I have a list of fitness goals in my profile. Every time I run or swim or use the rowing machine, I try to beat or match my best time. I try to challenge myself with one thing (sometimes it's really simple) every day.

I started a Biggest Loser competition with a dozen friends on facebook-it's going to last through the end of the year. Weekly, we have mini challenges. This week is at least 100 crunches daily, finish up the week with me :)

Edited to add: A challenge is what got me on this path in the first place. My brother told me that if next summer I'll do a sprint triathalon with him, he'll do my taxes for free next year :) The fun of doing a sprint triathalon was more motivation than the free taxes from a professional accountant, but it didn't hurt ;) I NEVER saw myself as a 5k or triathalon or anything of that sort kinda gal-but knowing that he's expecting me to do it pushes me because I have ALOT to do before I can compete, or even survive the thing next summer!
