    Eating about 1700.. some days more, some days less... probably going to drop it a little.

    5'6" working out a couple times a week, eating 1360 as baseline calories. I've kind of "plateaud" recently. May be looking at what adjustments I can make.

    I net 1400, eat anywhere from 1800-2400.
    My TDEE is about 2750 as per my Bodymedia and I lose about a lb a week. I do kickboxing twice a week, weight training 3 times a week and a mish mash of elliptical/treadmill and/or stationary cycling for another 30-60 minutes a day.

    My calorie goal is 1,700. I don't stick to it very well, go over quite often, but have been losing 0.5lb a week since I started 3 months ago so it's going OK!

    I'm 24, 5'4 & have 10lbs to loose to get to goal:

    SW: around 210lbs
    CW: 150lbs
    GW:140lbs

    Currently eating around 1350 mark, more on days when working out. I've been playing around with my macros/kal intake as my weight loss came to a stand still so still need to give this a couple of weeks to see how it works out for me. Currently loosing around 0.5lb a week.

    11 lbs to go currently carb cycling low 1500 medium 1700 and high 1800 so depends on the day and loosing about 1 - 2lbs a week with working out 3 - 4 times a week.

    Understand everyone is totally different the 1200 MFP suggests had me plateu for weeks so changed it up and with carb cycling less training its moving again.

    I just started doing IF again to get at the last little bit off, so I eat close to maintenance for 5 days (2300) and less the other two (1200). My eating window for all days is 1-10 pm, excluding coffee.

    I aim to net 1200. With my workouts, that's anywhere from 1200 on non-workout days to 1800+ on longer workout days. I probably average over the week about 1500 to 1600 gross calories. I'm only 5'4". I'm having my RMR and BF tested sometime next month at the hospital.

    I used the TDEE method, and I am eating 1700 cals/day. On the days I don't work out (other than my daily 20 min walk home from work during the week, which I don't count) I try to eat about 1400-1500 instead.

    I currently eat TDEE -18%. Wore the Bodymedia for a full year almost and average TDEE is 1950 (I have a very sedentary desk job)...have MFP set to 1550 (50 cals for underestimates). Losing about .5lbs a week (If I dont party too hard on the weekends!).

    Lost the last 10lbs eating 1800-2000 cals a day, which is TDEE minus 20%. Still eating about the same amount, weight fluctuates between 135-140 during the month, clothes still fit, body fat percentage slowly lowering. Life is good. :drinker:

    SW: kind of ambiguous, I started on MFP at 5 months pregnant (It helped me attain a very healthy weight gain for the pregnancy)! Before pregnancy, I was 140

    I currently eat 1600. It seems to be about maintenance for me, but then I don't eat back exercise calories. I'm lifting heavy and focusing more on body recomp than scale changes right now. (OK, I'll admit I go over a couple of days a week and I don't measure everything … If I really ate at 1600 calories daily I'd probably be losing weight :laugh:)

    Eating 1280 - 1550 (the goals MFP gives me for 1lb and 0.5 lb loss/week). I'm struggling a bit right now since I found out three weeks ago that I'm allergic to meat (!) so I've had to make some big dietary changes very quickly.

    i had been eating around 1500-2000 a day (counting exercise cals) and stopped losing. for about 4 months i was stuck at 180. i am now doing a new exercise routine. (went from Jillian Michaels Hardbody 6x a week to following the Focus T25 program) and started losing again. i also dropped my cals just a bit to 1350 + exercise cals so around 1500 max a day is what i normally eat :) best of luck to everyone!!!

    Eating 1600, my TDEE is 2000 in average I think. I walk 3-5 miles a day and just started ChaLean Extreme. I lost 6 lbs in the last month eating 1650-1750 but I was walking a bit more.
