I have been on MFP for over a year (I think) but this is my first post. For the most part, I used MFP to track everything I have eaten in the past year more out of curiosity than for the purpose of drastic change. Since summer I have become more interested and motivated in increasing my fitness level as well as eating a little better.
I am 6'2 and 184lbs and would like to work towards gaining some muscle. I am patient but as we all know, results can be a great motivator. I have searched online to find exercises suited to me (if I had worked out as much as I searched I would be quite a bit further ahead) but could use some friendly advice and perhaps some people that are travelling the same path.
I work away from home and have limited space so can't have access to much more than free weights. There is a treadmill which I have been putting to use on a somewhat regular basis.
I log in daily and would love to talk to anyone with suggestions. So many great success stories here....I am looking forward to stepping it up!
