Hi my name is Ricki-lee,
I'm only new to calorie counting I have not been able to meet my 1200cal a day target. and the extra cal's I earn each day by exercising I don't have a hope of making; yet I'm always close to or exceeding the sugar units. I'd love some sugestions.
I have about 20kgs to lose and although I exercise everyday its not falling off me the way i'd like. Is this beacause my cal intake is to low?

Don't bother tracking sugars, if it's within your calorie allowance it's fine.
Yes it is possible such a low calorie intake is slowing your weight loss journey, but in order to be sure of your body's requirements we'd need to know your stats first...
