            Jeez once is enough for me at the moment!
I do it just before lunch so i feel like i've earned my food lol.
I currently only do low impact cardio for around 30 minutes but i'm hoping to build up to more soon.
I use the workouts from fitnessblender.com because i know if i bought a dvd, i'd get sick of it pretty quickly.
Just wish i knew what to log it as; surely i don't have to log each individual exercise within the workout?!?!0 - 
            Fair enough!
 I always my heart rate monitor, so when I do weights I just type in the times/calories burnt manually because its easier for me x                        0
