Eat 1200 calories if you're inactive and not doing any exercises to lose 1.6lbs a week. If you're doing exercises, log that in and your calorie intake will increase, so you should eat more.0

Hi, perhaps alter your weight loss in MFP to 0.5lb or 1lb a week if you're struggling on that? Alternatively you can use the TDEE method which means you don't have to log exercise.0

You're only trying to lose 7 lbs so you should be set on .5 lb per week. If you're getting 1200 calories with a projected loss of 1.6 lbs you've chosen too aggressive of a goal.0
