edited February 5 in Fitness and Exercise
Last year about this time, I started using MFP and dropped from around 270 to close to 220 by February. Things got busy, I found excuses, and ended up relocating for work (yada yada yada). Anyway, I haven't been working out or doing really any exercise at all. Now I'm already back up to 245 and need to get my butt in gear, about 30 lbs to get to my ultimate goal weight.

We have an extra room in our house down here, about 10 X 12. I want to put in a treadmill and a stationary bike (Armstrong maybe?) I will have a few scattered dumbell sets (basically just the weights I know I'll use and build as I go). What else, that requires little room, is good to have in a small room setting....looking mainly for something to work back, shoulders, legs and core.

Any suggestions are greatly appreciated, even if its just to point me in a better direction.

If I have a little "home gym room", it will also motivate my wife who is as bad as I am about finding reasons NOT to workout.

Thanks in advance.

Bench, bar, plates and a small rack. (Have adjustable one that I use for bench and squats, it doesn't take up much too at all, although I can't really max out because there's no safety.) Adjustable dumbbells if you don't want the whole set up.
