WW Simply Filling

Has anyone tried this? I am on Weight Watchers because I was counting calories before and I hated counting veggies as calories, I mostly guessed on them and it kind of annoyed me. I love WW for the accountability and the fact that most fruits and veggies are free. I have been told I should eat 1400 cals a day roughly to loose weight but I am wondering if I eat 1200 and dont count cals for most fruits and veggies, if that would work as well. I know starchy veggies/bananas have a lot of calories so I would limit those, but still, does anyone have any advice?

I think it can be dangerous to not count them. But about 500 of my calories everyday come from fruits and veggies! Good luck!0

I was successful on WW about 5 or 6 years ago and lost 50lbs in about 6 months. I gained it all back once I stopped doing the program and when I tried to do it again last year, I wasn't successful at all on the new program.0

Why do you hate counting veggies as calories? All foods have calories, just because you don't write it down doesn't negate the fact that you consumed them. If you like WW better, then stick with WW. I can eat anywhere from 200-400 calories in fruits/veggies a day. If I didn't count them I would probably slow my weight loss.
Do what works for you - is counting veggies just a mental thing?0 -
Id be careful with the fruit, several fruits have way more calories, carbs and sugars than you would think. If counting calories count them, it your doing WW stick to your free serving amount and count your points...I wouldnt try a modified version of the two.....Good Luck!!0
