Hey there guys,
so i was thinking that support is better in numbers and i would love to have others help along the rest of my journey. i also hope to inspire someone else along theres.

a bit about me:
had anorexia for years, and sank to 88 ibs
limited food intake and exercised far to much.
was not happy at all.

as of now i am more comfortable with food, upped my intake, lowered the exercise && fell in love with lifting weights again
i am only 100 roughly && sitting at 5-5
^^ yes i do know that i am not at a healthy goal weight yet, and im working towards that still.

i want to hit 111 min but due to lifting 115 would be ideal.
i want to inspire however i can no one should go through this recovery alone.

whether its just an add, message, or even skype lets kick this disease to the curb.

if you want support ask away <3

keep strong && remember to love yourself.

You have my constant support. Im in recovery from the dredded bulemia ED.

First shot went 11 months without being sick. I have had quite a few long periods without since January 2011.
Last single relapse was exactly two weeks ago. Soooo Happy Day 14th again to me.
Going to beat my best record of 11 months straight. Thats my current goal. That I will acheive definately.

Although I am trying to lose weight (31 lbs) and you are trying to gain...
You have been one of my very best friends and supporters since I've been here. And that means alot to me.
I will acheive my goal, not with old "unhealthy habits, but with healthy habits. I choose not to get there by cheating the system.
That we have in common. :flowerforyou:

Recovering from Bulimia. Feel free to add. Fair warning, I noticed when too many of us recovering from EDs get together, it tends to make recovery much harder.

I dealt with Bulemia a few years back. Every now and then when I eat way too much I get the urge to purge, but have had the willpower to ignore and just let the feeling pass. Feel free to add me. :)

I'm on board with this and have same inspiration in fact it led me to start a recovery blog. Not the typical only "good" days writing, but the good, the bad, the ugly...the reality of recovery. How we push through slips, celebrate success, and fight for future. We may slip...but sometimes a slip stops us so we can catch our breath and learn.
