And it all started with this pic.
Well... since this has gotten so much attention lately, thought I'd put my 2 cents in. Especially to the blogger who wrote the reply on the right. HA.
I find Maria very inspirational. This is exactly the kind of photo I would "Pin" to my Fitness board on Pinterest. People are way to quick to judge.. especially women. Get over your jealousy. I'm a mom to 3 boys under the age of 4 as well. I don't have Maria's body, But guess what? I'm trying to get off my *kitten* and do something about it. She's busier than me and guess what? SHE MAKES the time for herself.... as should everyone. The answer this chick gave made me laugh... but not because it was funny. All those reasons are excuses, and not good ones. Example... Can't go to MacDonalds with out ordering... DON'T GO! Kids don't need that crap anyway. Eating your kids left overs?? THROW THEM OUT! Or feed your pet. RATHER SIT AND EAT COOKIES with your hubby at night?? Get your hubby alone and "workout." win win for both of you. Each "excuse" has a solution. Suck it up and keep your negativity to yourself. Maria was just trying to be positive. It's your own problem if you got offend, you obviously are jealous or lazy. Or both. I guess It all depends what you want to do with your time. Me? I'd rather make myself better, which in the long run makes everyone in my Family better. Especially my children.
BOOM! I'm out.

The people that have a problem with it are the people who don't work out or eat right.
I hate that it's okay to "embrace your curves" yet talk down about those who are in shape or are naturally skinny.0 -
Never underestimate the power of the force, or people's ability to get offended0

I just can't believe the attention this is getting - I left work yesterday and was driving to the Gym (no excuses, right and the afternoon radio team was having a call in debate on it. Wow.0

truth. I'm currently severely overweight , no kids, and I probably have more time than she does and I'm not offended. She's challenging us to be the best version of ourselves and those who are afraid to do so can only criticize it. I may not look like her at my goal weight, but I'll sure as hell have a big smile on my face like she does...to me that's definitly worth it.
One good thing out of it is that she is getting good publicity, she's a trainer isn't she? She's a hottie.0 -

That's exactly right usually. On a different note, but similar subject, I have had a few people at my work telling me that "you are too skinny, you look sick" now. I find it really hard to not look back at them and say "well, no, you are just too fat to understand". Somehow that would be crossing the line even though it's basically the same thing. Drives me insane!0 -
Most idiotic debate I've ever seen....If you're bothered by someone else's success instead of being motivated by it....than you probably never really wanted it in the first place0

I'm not offended. I know I'm lazy. ;P0

It all boils down to "I'm lazy for that" for the blogger.. Skin elasticity gone or not, it is good to be healthy.0
