how do i decide my activity level.

I work retail...and I walk or stand at least 7 hours of the day...and often times at a brisk pace. I work 5 days a week and on my days off I usually take my children to the zoo, a museum, a park--where I also walk most of my day and carry a 1 year old while I am doing( sometimes push the stroller) but since starting to lose weight i make a point to carry her.
anyways--i don't exercise..but i'm not a couch potato either so i'm not sure how to enter my activity level as there is never really a good option.
for instance MFP says i should eat 1523 calories a day to lose 1.5 lbs. well i come really close to that eveery day (usually 1400-1500)
but i'm losing like 2.5-3 lbs a week (happy about it) but i don't want to hurt myself either.
so like when i figure TDEE what should i put..?
I am 5'5" and weigh 206 as of this morning. I start 5 weeks ago at 220
