Someone examine my reports?

Hi all, I've been doing the Maxine challenge (revised version, but essentially the same). I used to eat a lot of sugars and my carbs were well over through the roof. I wanted to be able to lose a little bit of weight, (which I did, I was 59kg, went on holidays and went up to 61... from there im now back to 59 today) and then to eventually tone up. I know muscle burns more fat than cardio, but im doing some cardio like running to bring my resting heart rate down. I have been exhausted to go to the gym most days, but im going to be changing that. I went last week to do weights and I was recovering from that for a while, but I really should have went back sooner haha. ANYWAY. Im not sure if you guys can see the reports, but I wanted to know if it looks any good. Im not reaching my goals for fats, carbs, and vitamin a for the day (easily fixed for that vitamin though) Protein is now high as im doing the protein shakes, but yeah any advice? I don't crave sugar anymore which was a big goal, and im learning to eat only about 200 cal a meal at this point in time to lose weight and therefore just eat small meals regularly to keep me full and not over indulging. I do realise that when I am going to gain muscle I will need to eat more, but not sure how much more. I know some of you will think I may be going about this the long way, but hey, its weird haha.

Hey! So I'm not quite sure what the actual question is. Are you looking to see if you're eating enough calories? Or why you're tired going to the gym? Or are you looking for improving the quality of your food? I'm not quite sure!0
