So I started back on MFP just over two weeks ago (1st October) and so far it's going pretty well....
I really need to lose a lot of weight. Back on 1st October I was 298lb. I was starting to get regular heart palpitations and knew I needed to get my act in gear.
So 17 days later I've lost exactly 1 stone and I've managed to clock up exactly 100km in the gym (walking, running, cycling, rowing, swimming, etc). Reading through posts on here have really helped keep me motivated and thanks to those that have added me as a friend and encouraged me to keep going.
I feel so much better already. Hopefully this is just the start of a long and successful journey.
Would love to have some more friends too so feel free to add me, especially if you have a lot of weight to shed.
