Diet analysis Type Program type of Program.

Hey guys, I have a project due in my nutrition class which is done with the software called Diet analysis Plus 10.0. I'm being economical, and decided not to be buy the CD, because of websites like this, so thank you for that!

My only problem is is depth that Myfitnesspal.com has. I need information like Saturated fat, vitamin C, A, Calcium, Iron, Potassium and Omega-3.

Does anyone know a free online website that is like MyFitnessPal, but goes into more detail on the food that you're eating.

Thank you for taking the time to click on my posting, and if you have any suggestions, I'd love anything that could help you.

Sparkpeople has an excessive amount of tracking like that. The food database isn't as good as here, but it tracks a lot more nutrients - far too many for me, I found it confusing but sounds like it might be what you're looking for.

The information on here may or may not be accurate down to calories. I'd splurge for the diet analysis I still have mine from my 101 days. The other option you have is to go onto USDA.gov and the food inventory and try to fill in the missing blanks. Most data pulled in the states is from the USDA, and their nutrient analysis.

    Good luck to you.

Oh and self.com. I like the graphs here.
