I don't like to cook - here's how I get my veggies

Hi I know so many people on here have some amazing recipes, but I don't like to cook and I really don't like veggies - so I've been buying frozen organic brown rice, orange chicken, asian veggies and fresh green beans, raw nuts all from Trader Joes. I mix all of this up in a frying pan and saute, I know it's not the healthiest of meals, but it's a huge change from what I used to eat, and now my college age son asks me to make this every night. I've lost about 5 pounds in 2 weeks so I'm doing something right...

Just thought I would share..

Thanks for sharing! Roasting vegetables is so easy and makes them even yummier. It take so little effort.

That's a great way to sneak them in!

I try to add veggies to everything I eat. I cook a lot so I have some interesting combos under my belt so far lol

    Keep up the good work!

(and 5lbs in 2 weeks?! WHOA! I'm a little jelly of you right now lol)
