Hi, I am new to MYP and I have recently decided to make a lifestyle change and so far so good, :smile: but I am noticing that I keep eating the same things everyday for breakfast, lunch and dinner. My fear is that I will get frustrated and go bad to making bad food choices. :cry: Can any one suggest some different ideas for meal options? After all they say Variety is the spice of life. Thanks is advance, feel free to add me :happy:
