:flowerforyou: :flowerforyou: i know sometimes it can be overwhelming when you have a lot of weight to lose! but you need to just look at 10 pounds at a time! when you reach your 10 pound mark be happy & go for another 10 pounds and before you know it you will see you have achieved your final goal! Looking at the whole picture can be intimidating at times. i have already lost a little over 100 pounds and that is how i did it! i too am a diabetic, but you need to get mfp friends to help to encourage & support you! i have almost 350 friends that i keep up with on a daily basis! i also have hypothyroidism which i take 1 1/2 pills a day for! and i am still able to lose weight! one great thing to do is always plan your food in advance and always log in your foods & exercise! i am sending you a friend request! together we can support & encourage each other through this journey!0
