Hello again back to try a new way...

Hello - I'm Jess, I used to be on MFP a lot :) I lost a bunch of weight but didn't eat enough, ran a lot, and was skinny, sad and hangry (hungry angry) a lot.

I have put most of the weight I lost back on in the last 12 months (when I ditched MFP and my rigid eating).

I am back now to try and lose the weight in a healthy way, keep it off and get fit and strong again. I am here to try the TDEE method (i.e. my TDEE is 1990, my deficit is 25% = 1500 calories per day without eating back exercise cals). To help this be a lifestyle I can maintain (that still includes icecream and wine and lattes sometimes!)

I like to lift, swim, dance, am trying to get back into running short distances. I am a vegetarian (protein macro is ALWAYS my focus!)

I love to hear from people who are similar :)
