Hey guys, I was just reading through a thread which brought up this topic, I think it was started last year. However I wasn't sure if anyone answered the question...
Regarding, if your upper belly is bigger than your lower belly is there any particular exercises you can do to target this?? When I begin doing abs exercises because of the muscle build up it just pushes my belly out more!

Is it all just cardio work? Or is there some specific weight training/abs exercises you can do (knowing its almost impossible to spot reduce thought there still might be some guidance for it).

Thanks crew!

As far as I know, its just a matter of fat loss through diet, not exercise. Although I'd try stretches, like yoga. Maybe pilates. Not strength training your abs (situps, etc).

Unfortunately you can't spot reduce fat. Our bodies are all unique and tend to gain and lose in all different areas! You'll definitely want to keep up your cardio AND strength training but definitely focus on your nutrition to help your workouts do their magic and work in combination to get the fat off!
