I finished week 2 of the "Get Running" program today. I went from being of the mindset "I only run when something is chasing me" to signing up to run my 1st 5k in mid December. 2 weeks down, 7 to go and I can honestly say I am loving being a runner. It's also kick starting my weight loss again. I had stalled for about a month, and now I'm down 3lbs these last 2 weeks, so I guess this is a scale victory as well!
