need some motivation

Hi! I am a 41 year old woman who struggles with her weight on a daily basis. Currently i weigh 171.5 lbs and would like to lose 25 lbs. I work out at Fitness 19 here in Louisville, Ky. I would like someone who can help with workouts to stay motivated and on track.
