Does your mfp activity level influence fitbit's numbers?

Just wondering. Figuring out my activity level can be hard sometimes because some days I go to work and sweat my little *kitten* off and others it's my day off and i just stay home and chill all day. I like fitbit and how the numbers dynamically change throughout the day but I always wonder how accurate they are. What do you all think?

I find it to be accurate if I'm doing walking type movements. It doesn't register exertion level so it has no idea about anything else. I use mine more as a motivation to get myself moving more rather than really counting on it's calorie estimates.

I'm a dog walker, so during the day I do a lot of walking. I find it to be as accurate as I need it to be since my goal is continued weight loss. I admit I am not always able to eat the amount of calories given because of the adjustment. At least 3 x a week I surpass 15k steps per day and since I'm sugar & starch free, it can be a challenge to eat all the calories.

Nice problem to have, eh? lol. I don't sweat it though, as long as I"m still losing & nothing else seems to be suffering. I continue to progress with my lifts and everything else seems to be doing ok. In fact, so much so that I'm thinking of even reducing my current goal weight to 112# vs the current 120#
