There are a ton of recipes for homemade protein bars online if you Google and they're going to be far cheaper and less 'artificial' tasting than the ones you buy. Generally you're talking about a mixture of oats, protein powder, nuts or peanut butter and something like honey to sweeten the whole thing. From there you can experiment, chuck in dried fruit or seeds for instance.0

I have tried Sci-MX Nutrition 80 g Apple and Caramel High Protein Flapjack's out of Sainsburys. Boots also sell bars. Esxpensive though £2 aprox0

Just made my own protein bars cookies as a test.
3 scoops of rolled oats
1scoop of MyProtein diet whey - Double choc
75ml of water.
Mix together and then separate out into 3 cookies and bake in the oven for 15mins at 150deg C.
They are nice but could do with being a bit sweeter, might add a spoonful of honey on the next batch I make0
