Hello

I am new so yes I hope to be able to keep up with the work out and the calories, I have a question though do you have any calorie plan for 1200 calories with actually reachable foods? I was always interested in this because any detail I found on other sites are with foods that here in my country I can't find and is bad. I want to lose weight besides feeling healthier to be able to not feel embarassed about when I sit how to cover my belly or when I walk my hips or legs are seen big by others , I am not exaggerated anymore but I want to feel normal. Like the weight that I should have for my height and body structure and to feel normal . So basically if you have a plan to share I need your help and with the rest I just thought to share how I feel about this so I can get more motivated.

    Welcome to MFP! I find it helpful to search out hose with similar interest and goals and send them a friend request. Developing a little group of MFP friends for support can be very helpful. All the best in reaching your goals!
