It could take a long time, as losing weight is much harder and slower than gaining it.....I went from a 24 waist UP to a 37 in 18 months of binging.....I figure it might take twice as long to lose it, but I cant drop even an ounce....

Its impossible to calculate because everybody is different, genetics play a huge part, your waist could be the last place or the first place the weight comes from, Ive gone down about 4" in 5 months but that will mean nothing to you.

You'd probably need to lose about 100 lbs so it's not going to happen any time soon.

Probably between 6 months and 5 years, at a guess.

There is no definitive answer to your question. When you lose fat, your body takes it from many places and from wherever it wants...you can't spot reduce a specific area. Generally speaking, the waist/belly are the very last to go. It will take awhile. I'm still working on my spare tire even though I'm "skinny" everywhere else.
