Texas Roadhouse margaritas

I pre logged my dinner I am going to have at Texas roadhouse. I have 154 calories remaining. I have not logged my exercise yet because I will be doing that later tonight. I am going to guess I will burn about 300-500 calories for a walk (not sure the duration of it yet.) I will be walking at a haunted house, so maybe the scare burns extra calories, since my heart will be racing. My question is, should I go for a margarita at Texas roadhouse? I have no idea how many calories are in them, since they do not give nutritional info online. Could someone please ell me how many calories are in one? Do they have skinny options for margaritas?

If you get the Skinny Lime Margarita, it is only 200 calories. They go up from there.0

How big is the margarita?
And how many miles are you walking?
Drink it if you want it.0 -
Margaritas can be pretty caloric, but if you will have 500 extra calories, you will be fine with one. There is a skinny girl margarita too, but I am not sure what this restaurant is or if they have it. Can't really give more insight - I prefer straight tequila. Enjoy your margarita!0

I'm not familiar with their margaritas. If they are frozen, probably 300+ calories. If they are just "on the rocks" probably more like 150 - 200. Have fun!0

Their classic house margarita is AWESOME! :drinker:
If you want it, go for it, and find a close match in the database. I read somewhere that TRH used to have their nutritional info posted, but they took it down since it can vary so much (maybe because their stuff is pretty much all from scratch? I dunno) - but there are some entries in the MFP database for that restaurant from the old listing, not sure if the margarita is among them though.
But dang, now I want one....well later maybe - oh wait - it's just now noon here! :bigsmile:0 -

Look at the rest of your week--is one 300-calorie margarita going to destroy your hard work? Honestly if you're on any real deficit, 300 calories will not kill your progress. I don't expect you're having one every day, or even every week. Personally, I'll be enjoying a bacon cheeseburger, a beer, and ice cream tonight. I swam this morning, I'm running for an hour tomorrow, and I am on maintenance--there's no point in getting skinny if you not happy.0
