Hi guys.
Is anyone doing the "Scientific 7 minute exercise programme"? How are you entering it in as an exercise? I know there are lots of Android and iOS apps, but I don't think any of them sync to MFP yet, so going to have to enter the routine in manually for now.

Based on how I feel after and level of perspiration, I am estimating the equivalent is 20 mins cardio, 10 mins strength training. It's a really great workout!0

That's completely illogical. If you're eating back exercise calories, based on this "technique" you are eating back at least 4x too many.
The only way to get the benefits of 20 minutes of cardio is to do 20 minutes of cardio.0
