15ish lbs to lose, how much would you eat?

I'm at 13 lbs from my goal, although I still have a bunch of fat to get rid on my belly and hips and I'm not sure 13 lbs will cut it. My TDEE for lightly active is 1950, for moderately active (which I really don't think I am) is 2220. I'm not really sure where I stand though. I ate 1625 in average last month and lost 6 lbs, mostly walking 5-6 miles a day with a bit of strength training here and there... but I was 6 lbs heavier too (lost it all in the last 10 days).
I decreased my goal by 1600 to make up for my weight loss, now I walk 2-4 miles a day and I just started ChaLean Extreme 2 days ago so I'm not sure how my activity compares to last month... I'm walking less though.
What do you think I should eat? I probably still have around 26-28% body fat or something.... It's been working so well I'm reluctant to eat more, but I'd like to get the most out of my workouts too, even if I know I can't build muscle... but I'd really like to lose 8 more pounds by Christmas too (or well, lose a size, but that's not possible unless I build muscle so...).

I'd probably stick with the old routine. 1625 & walking is working so well for you, at this rate you could be at goal by Christmas. I wouldn't change a thing!0

I'd stick with the 1625 (which is about 83% of your TDEE) and add in some serious strength training 2-3 times a week to help decrease your body fat. That's what is working really well for me right now and I have 18lbs to lose. I'm losing inches as well as pounds and noticing a major difference in the "flab factor".0

Yeah I'm doing ChaLean Extreme, hoping it will help with the flab (although I've been doing some kind of strength training the whole time, just not so much the last 3 weeks because I messed up my knee, but it's better now at least). I've been so sore, it must be working, lol! Just not sure how much I can expect while losing weight, but we'll see in 3 months I guess.0

I am also 5'5" and 5-10lbs from my goal(137lbs (ish)). I just did a BodPod bodyfat test and came in at a whopping 25%...thought I would be lower.
I am still eating at a TDEE -20% with Life + Exercise = 1950 since I still would like to lose 4% BF. I aim for 1550 a day but usually go over by 50-100 cals depending on the season and the available treats in the office...or if I am randomly really hungry after working out...I should probably just raise my calories...but maybe it is all psychological.
I haven't lost in a couple weeks b/c I have had some pretty rockin' weekendsBut just added Zumba 4x a week to try and get back on track.

1700 would give you approximately half a pound a week loss....that would probably be appropriate when you have 15lbs to lose.0
