I've just weighed in for week 1. I'm down 2.4 pounds. I'm not on a specific plan, I've just modified my diet and am using the Biggest Loser work out DVD's a few times a week. My goal this week is to work out more often, drink more water, less diet soda.

I started adding fresh lemon or lime and sometimes 1 thin slice of orange to my water and find that I LOVE drinking more water!0
