Hey everyone! I'm a 32yr old guy in Florida who likes long walks on the beach....lol. JK. But seriously though, I do! Lol, Well anyway I'm here because I met this awesome chick 5yrs ago and she knows how to cook like a pro chef. Problem is I ate what she cooked and now we are both a bit chubbly wubbly if you know what I mean. Back in 2003 I weighed 300lbs! I started a new life changing regiment and lost 100lbs in 4 & 1/2 months. The only thing I did different was walked/jogged on the treadmill 5 days a week for 1hr each day. And I stopped drinking sodas and stopped eating bread. I also started drinking alot of water and I took Hydroxycut pills before every workout.
Now that I've been eating my lady's awesome dinners for 5yrs and racked up some poundage again I need to get back to my old self again. And honestly my goal is to be more fit than I was last time. I got down to 190lbs last time but this time I'm shooting for 140lbs. I'm 5'5 and 32yrs old so that is the weight range I should be at anyway.
Wish me luck and any advice would be more than welcomed and appreciated. Best of luck to everyone else as well!!!!

Hey Cocktail Monkey! :drinker: It sounds like you know what to do, you just need to implement it in your DAILY life. You can do it. It's good that you have an awesome chica that can cook. That's the way to your heart and it seems like she's captured that already. Make it your lifetime habit with your chica and just do it. When y'all get married and have kids, teach it to them when they're young so they never battle what you and chica have gone through. See, this is a little bit of our parent's faults for not teaching us early the importance of exercise and eating healthier. Notice I said healthier. Make room for those bad things that you wanna eat SOMETIMES and have a LITTLE bit of it and not the whole pie!! Welcome Monkey and God bless you and chica on your weight loss journey!! BTW, my daughter calls her boyfriend of 3 years her monkey!! That's cute!!!0
