Sugar

I am doing my logging and see that my sugar is -31 (I didn't even log dinner yet). My daily goal it says is 39 but yet my total so far today is 70. I had a banana for breakfast (19) , apple for lunch (11), and just now an orange (12) as a snack. Add coconut water (11) this morning cause I wanted to get more natural potassium in my diet and now I am already at 53. A few more g's here and there (whole wheat bread added 6 and a bowl of Cherios added 7 and ham on my sandwhich for lunch added 4.
Fruits I see are the biggest culprit. But we are supposed to have fruit. That is how I am getting my vitamins like C as well as potassium. So my question is, should I not be concerned that it is high, is the goal set too low?
Helpful insight would be great.

A thread is calling you just down the page.
Meet your macro and micro nutrient goals and forget sugar. It's just another carb.
I took it right out of my diary tracking settings. (added potassium and fibre)0 -
