Hi Taylor, I'm just beginning here too.... I have done spark for quite a few years, but quit when we got flooded in May. I found this app for my new phone, and thought it looked neat....then I realized about adding exercise also adds more calories to your daily total! That is SOOOO cool! So I will probably use this more since it takes into account the need for more food with exercise....
