Hey guys!

Been on MFP for quite a while and had huge success. Went from 186 to126 (lowest) . Then I stopped the losing and went into the maintaining portion of my life style. I'm currently clocking around 130 lbs and though not happy i've been content at this weight. I've just booked a vacation to the Dominican Republic and totally want to have a nice beach body. I'm thinking maybe 120 should be my goal. I'm 5'1'', far from flat tummy, content with my body but not happy to show it off.

Any tips to get me back into the weightloss train. First time around I didn't do any exercise and got sucess but if I want a nice tonned body I wanna incorporate some workout. Home or gym? What kind?

Any tips would help.

    7 minute work out is a free app and you need no equipment. It is supposed to tone and firm. You can also just start doing planks and crunches and similar exercises.
