hello, today is my second day of starting 30 day shred yesterday i only got through 7 mins of level:embarassed: 1 plus the warm up then i started to feel really winded and faint but today i got through 10 mins plus the warm up and then the same feeling came.
did this happened to you when u first started working out?

    I managed to finish the DVD each time but I would be lying if I said I used good form or worked to my max ability. I refused to turn it off ever, but it was a couple of weeks before I felt like I was doing a great job and was ready to move on to level 2. Just keep at it and it will get easier.
