Hi All MFP's!

Hi Guys & Girls,

Harry from Sydney.
I have been lurking on these forums the last few weeks, thought I would pop in and do a intro and say hello!

Started my weight loss journey and using MFP at 104KG.
Current weight 98.6KG

Short term goal weights / Reasons for goals
99.99KG - Reached
96.00KG - Was 106KG in march this year, so thats a total of 10KG lost this year.
91.00KG - Bet, I have about 8 weeks to get as close to this as possible.
86KG - Total of 20KG loss since march this year.
80KG - Ideal weight (Would like to hit this by March next year if possible).

Ideally I would like to maintain my weight at about 80KG.

So what have I been doing?
Currently a lot of Cardio and eating correctly (including counting calories)?
I haven't started weight lifting yet as I wanted to do a few sessions with a good PT first and learn form and technique.

Why did I post in the message board?
Looking to make a few new friends locally and internationally, share food diaries (I get bored easily, and really enjoy my food so its tough keeping it interesting), support and all that other warm and fuzzy stuff :).
