I'm fairly new here and have finally been traying to make a real effort to change my lifestyle lately. I wouldn't say I am having no problems with the food part, but for the most part I've really stayed on track which is a huge challenge for me. I definately seem to be lacking in the exercise department though and any support or words of wisdom on what keeps you motivated would be greatly appreciated. Good luck to everyone!!

If you're having trouble getting motivated to workout I would suggest starting small. Maybe a 10-15 minute workout the first week? The next week you may try pushing for 10-15 minutes more. Good luck to you and remember that every litlle bit counts!0

Thanks that's a great idea. I usually make it to the gym at least 3 times a week for a 40-50 minute cardio session, however as a former BFL'er I'd really like to make it at least 5 days a week, if not 6.0
