DOMS shenanigans.

I hardly suffer from DOMS anymore but I incorporated some upper body TRX workouts recently and I'm crippled from DOMS in the biceps. It feels so ridiculously sore and tender to the touch and I'm walking around with a bent arm because a normal extension (just letting them fall to my sides) is just impossible right now. Washing/drying my hair, changing clothes, unbuckling my bra - mammoth tasks as of now
I wanna know...
What was your worst case of DOMS & how did you get it?
Did you do anything to help with the pain?
Where do you think is the worst place (most inconvenient & most painful) for DOMS to set in?
Happy weekend!m:flowerforyou:

First time I did strongman training. EVERYTHING hurt.
Then I trained with them in the normal gym a couple months later. We did 10 sets of deadlifts, 7 sets of paused squats, plus some shoulder work I think. I didn't walk right for a few days.
Worst place, in the legs especially when you own a house with stairs.
Edit: To help the pain, I just cry. It gets easier with time.0
