Never heard of smart weight vitamins.

Red meat however is yummy. The main red meat is beef but I believe lamb, goat and bison fit this category. Lamb and goat tend to be expensive so I rarely have them. I love beef and bison though. Bison tends to be leaner and grass feed. Beef is fattier so look for leaner cuts (like round) and trim the fat.

Edit: I forgot Ostrich! It is very lean and yummy but somewhat difficult to find. If you find it you should try it.

I love red meat, and we have burgers at least once a week at our house - either home grilled or at a restaurant. I just make it fit into my goals. I use lean ground beef for tacos, soups, etc, and chuck roast, tri tip, or the occasional steak.
