I do intermittent fasting 16/8. 16hrs of fasting daily with an 8hr feeding window.0

Eat less calories than I burn per day. Not too worried about anything else right now.0

4:3 I fast every 3rd day, 0 calories for 40 hours. Then somehow I've managed to do 16:8 on the other 2 days between that. It means I can now eat what I want & not worry. I workout daily still & have done since I started.0

I eat things I like. Increased my fruits and veggies, decreased the junk but still have a little here in there but when I do, I weigh and measure. I weigh and measure everything. I exercise more. As long as it fits into my day, i eat it. Seems to be working out for me.0
