Getting Back On Track

I think I fell off track back in June and my summer just took off and I got so busy with all my summer activities that I ended up for getting to put all my foods in and I gained some weight back. I'm trying to loss the weight I gained back and now I just need to watch what I eat, so I need to be careful. I know everyone falls of track from sometimes, but when you fall off a horse you have to get right back on again. If anyone has good advice please post a response.
