Looking for Cal Fit Members to exercise with

Greetings all.

I have restarted my weight loss process and looking for people in the Folsom/Sacramento area to exercise with. I belong to California Family Fitness and would like a exercise compradre to work out with. I have 100+ pounds to lose (got to start somewhere). We can share ups and downs of our weight loss adventure.....workouts, recipes, new ideas, goals, etc. Want to find an accountability partner :flowerforyou:

    Hi Brenda - Congrats on restarting your weight loss process. I hope that the last year (since you posted this) has been good to you. I belong to California Family Fitness too and I would love to find someone to work out with. My best friend and former work out partner has decided to take a break from working out and now I am far less motivated than I used to be :(
