Still water weight?

Hey guys
So yesterday after a week of super low carbs, I had a few more.. Some almonds, quinoa, oats, sweet potatoes. I had checked a few days ago and seen that I lost about half an inch around my waist but I figured its just water weight and a few carbs will bring it right back. I checked this morning and its still off..
My question is, do you think it's still water weight?
