Hardly exercised this week. Feeling guilty :(

I barely exercised this week. Usually, I'll workout vigorously 6 days a week. However, this week I only managed to do 4 days and it's pretty light workouts.
Usually, my workout routine would be:
Monday: running 4km non stop (I'd finish in about 30 minutes)
Tuesday: hockey training 2 hours (pretty hard core, lots of running and hiit with strength training for 2 hours straight)
Wednesday : running 3km
Thursday : hockey training like Tuesday
Friday: running 3km or hockey match
Saturday : rest
Sunday: run 3km
This week, I did only
Monday: 3km run
Tuesday : 3 km run/walk
Wednesday : nothing
Thursday: nothing
Friday: brisk walking 30 minutes for about 2.8km
Saturday : hockey for 1.5hr
Sunday: nothing
I feel super guilty because I've been eating the same amount as I did last week but exercising less. I'm scared I'll gain weight but I am sick this week (still sick with a cold I think) and when I tried running, my legs felt like rocks and my nose was blocked so I couldn't breathe properly. I feel like a lazy bum. All I did today was lie around in bed, cooking, packing my closet and it barely burns any calories. I wanted to workout today but it was raining and I couldn't run
How can I recover from my cold quickly? I really want to go back to my exercise routine ASAP! I can't stand being like this
also, is it okay to do barely any exercise in one week? I'm afraid that my stamina will decrease and I'll gain weight

You're barely hitting a thousand calories most days even with reduced exercise its advisable to be eating more than you are. One week won't make you suddenly balloon. I suggest you reassess both your calories and exercise goals as probably the reason you now have a cold is the lack of food in comparison to exercise. Not giving your body enough to work with will make you run down and more likely to get things like cold' s0

Even if you did gain weight you would lose it again, there's nothing to be afraid of!! Best thing for a cold is sometimes to rest. Take it easy. Enjoy your wonderful life, you are super fit and fabulous. Nothing to fear!
Edit: just saw your diary, EEK and OMG just no....going the wrong way that's for sure!
You know this is not healthy. So here I go wasting my time but I will say it anyway. Find out what is really going on with you, it's not the weight, it's something else making you like this. Good luck with your journey.0 -
If you try to exercise while you're ill, it will just take you longer to recover. No harm in taking a few days off exercise to rest. Besides, it's not like you're stuffing your face so you really have nothing to worry about.
At 18 years old, with all the exercise you usually do, you really should be eating a little bit more.0 -

If you're ill, you've done the right thing by cutting back on your exercise. If you want to keep doing it the go for walks. If it's gone below your neck, don't run because it could do more harm than good.
Generally, the consensus is if you are ill, cut back or stop exercise and don't eat too far below maintenance. Your body needs to heal and recover and can't do that effectively if you are putting more strain on it.
Also, if you do gain any weight, it can always come back off again. Don't stress! Feel better soon0
