Hi shorties!
I was curious to know what your goal weights were! I am 5'3 and my goal weight is 110. I have a pretty small frame. I'm 115.5 right now and almost at my goal!

Mine is also 110, I feel best there. I am 5'4".0

Im aiming for 135, then ill adjust it when I get there.

You are all very young and those are great goals! I'm 5.3 and when I was in my 20's and 30's I maintained a 125 weight (after my babies were born). I think it was toward the end of my 30's.. 38ish when I let myself go. I am now in the 180's.
My goal at age 48 is to reach 140. I did get down to 150 two years ago and I looked pretty good, but I gained it all back which really sucks because It wasn't easy coming off in the first place.
Don't let this happen to you!!! If you notice a gain of more than 5 lbs, then step back and re-evaluate your diet. Yes, body changes and weight changes as you age but it doesn't have to be drastic.

I'm 5'2". I put down 130 for my tracker, but I feel I would be happy with 160. In high school I worked out a ton and I weighed 160 as a freshman and graduated at 180. Looking back at my pics from that time I would be happy being that weight again.0

5 foot 2. 43 years old. My original goal weight was 125. I have hit that! Just moved it to 110!0

I'm 5'4" and my goal weight is 160. I guess I'll reassess when I get there, but to get much below 160 pounds I'd have to start getting rid of muscle and I'm not really interested in doing that just to be smaller.0

My current goal weight is 140 because that gets me down into "normal weight" category. At that point, I'll focus on body recomp to get the results I want, which I'm already doing along with the weight loss. I'm 29 and 5'3".0

5'4 and GW of 150, currently 160. I guess I'm mainly interested in reducing BF %, even now. I know that at 21 years old at 144 I was HOT. LOL Good luck to everyone on reaching your goal!0

5'4", 45 yrs, goal weight initially 140 but realized that I still have high body fat % so dropped it to 130, then 120, now goal weight 115. I was 125 this morning and I still have high body fat%, noticeable abdominal fat, lower arm fat, and hip/thigh fat. I think 115 will be right then I can concentrate on gaining muscle. My body fat % is currently 26.5%.0

I'm 5'3" and almost 47 years old. I am maintaining now for about 3-4 months at 125 ish (I fluctuate between 123.5 - 128.5) I really don't think I want to be any smaller. I have a hard time finding clothes now that aren't kid sized, lol. BUT I think I would like to see 120, just so I don't have to worry about the fluctuations so much, and just to see what I'm like at that weight... BUT as it is my rings are down to a size 3.5 and are getting too big again, lol. I can't imagine how tiny I would be at 110!0

I am 5'4" and 42 years old. When I was in collage, my weight was 110. At 30 years old I was 120 and now I am 142. I would love to get back to 120 --that is my goal. Although I would be within norm if I were 130 (which I would not complain out either)!0

Goal is 110 but I am in still in a good body space when I weigh up to 113. When I hit 115, I am comfortable and when I go above 116 I am not as tight as I would like. Below 110 is too lean for me. I hold lots of muscle and don't want to be skin and bones.
Oh, I almost forgot - I am 5'2". Currently I am around 116/118. Gotta lose a handful before my marathon. It makes a bigggggg difference over the course of 26 miles!0 -
I'm 5'4" and my current goal is 145... At the moment I really just want to reach a healthy BMI. I'm 23. I think once I get there I'll re-*kitten*, but I'd be happy with around 130-135 I think.

Im 5'2 and and my goal weight is 120lbs and then go from there if I want to keep loosing or just maintain. Getting married next October so want to be in the best shape possible. I am 31 years old and have never had to work out until this year. I started on here in April and have lost around 30lbs since the end of March. When your a shortie the weight really has no where to go so I knew I had to do something about it.0

I'm 28 and 5'2" and my goal is 125lbs. I'm not sure I've ever been that light in my adult life - but I never weighed myself before 25!
I just started a strength training programme as ultimately I just want to be happy with what I see in the mirror - if that happens before 125lbs I'll maintain, but if at 125lbs I could still do with losing some body fat I'll keep going.0 -

I'm 5.31/2 and I feel anything around 130 lbs (or 60 kgs which how I think in) is fine for a smallish woman). I could go lower but I feel it would be fleeting and would take just a blip in my eating to go up again. Once I go over 140 I go from looking slim and healthy to looking chubby.

Just under 5'4". 46 years old. Weighed in at doctor's office last week at 157.8, fully dressed, wearing boots. Goal weight in my head is 130 to 135, but I am not sure if I will push that far. I want back into my size 6, whatever weight that lands me at. I'll re-evaluate at that time. I lift 3 times a week, so in the end it will depend on my LBM.0

I am 5'3'' and have been obese all my life. I am 51 years old. Been over 200 most of my life so it is next to impossible to tell how I would look at 130 or even less. I figure I would probably be happy at 135. However, I have lots of loose skin ( will have lost 195 pounds once there) and wonder if this is not going to infer on my overall distribution of weight. What I mean is that some parts of me might look indeed very thin (wrists and face for example) to compensate for more weight on arms and belly pouch due to skin overhang... We'll see in time...0
