I need help

Hi,

I am new here I have tried loseing weight in the past but have never been good at it. my mother lives with me so I can't eat fuirts and vegs all the time. but when I go out to eat like burger king I aways get just a grilled chicken sandwich no fries. also I am now starting to walk 1-2 miles 5 days a week. and I also stay active by juggling clubs, as I am an entertainer.

I need to lose at least 60 lbs in a year I hope!! But any help would be great I am 358.2 lbs right now. I do not drink soda anymore gave that up cold turkey! I also have cut back on how much I eat when I do go out and now when I go to crackerbarrel I only get a veggie plate with 2 orders of greenbeans, and one side of whole corn.
